My attorney fees for Chapter 7 case can range from $700 for a simple case to $1,200 or more for complicated cases. 

For Chapter 13 cases, I generally charge $1,700 for simple Chapter 13 cases, but more complicated cases, including foreclosures or secured assets may require a higher fee.

In addition, filing fees imposed by the Bankruptcy Court are required.   Currently (October 2011), Chapter 7 filing fees are $299 and Chapter 13 filing fees are $274.  There is an option to pay the filing fee in installments.  My practice is to discuss all options with you prior to discussing what the actual fee would be, and you will have the opportunity to review the fee structure in writing.
